I took part in the Team Performance Camp in Georgia, held in a newly renovated 40,000 sq. ft. facility. I had the opportunity to work alongside top college coaches from Georgia, Iowa State, Kent State, Auburn, Emmanuel, Montevallo, and elite clinician Todd DeAvera. Throughout the day, I experienced high-level training on all events, engaged in mental performance sessions, participated in dance training, and learned valuable techniques for injury prevention. It was an inspiring and unforgettable day of growth and excellence!
