I participated in the FIG Level 1 Academy for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, where I enhanced my coaching skills in technique, physical preparation, biomechanics, psychology and the FIG Code of Points. Led by FIG experts and attended by coaches from various countries, the course offered a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. This experience not only deepened my understanding of high-performance coaching but also reinforced my commitment to developing gymnasts with strong fundamentals, discipline, and a passion for the sport.
